SUGAR

Hello, bloggers today we watched a video on sugar and it was eye opening to see what people were doing. It said things like how much we sohuld take and how much they were taking and it was insane at the end to see the improvements of the people like one of them as taking 39 teaspoons and in the end went to 1/2 teaspoon. Some things we learnt was that the max intake of sugar a day was is 6. Also it is more Heather to eat an orange than drinking orange juice. Here are three ways to stop sugar intake, 1 Buy sugar free drinks because it has well less sugar and become if you drink a sugary drink before you eat it means you eat more because the sugar can sneak in. Also look at the packaging. Here are three thing that can happen if you take to much sugar, you get type 2 diabetes,heart disease and liver disease.
