How to make a phone case!!!!
Hello, bloggers last week I finished my phone case and it was fun. Now I had to blog about it and I will tell you the steps on how to make it. The app we used was Lazerworks v8 and we got sent a file of the phone case and then we had to get an image and make sure it would work in the app. Then we sent the file to our teacher and then we had to heat it and bend it in the right order to form the phone case.

Hi Toby:
ReplyDeleteIts a cool design. You learnt a lot about programs such as Tinkercad, Laserworks and that the only real limitation is your imagination. I especially like your simple design and simple designs are often the most effective. You showed real resilience when your first phone stand broke when we heated it up and tried to fold it. Acrylic is a neat material to make stuff with - in a sort of funny way it has similar properties as wood and metal. In summary good effort, good design :)
Hi Toby:
ReplyDeleteGreat job. Love the design simple and clean. When you think about it you have learn a lot more than making a phone stand. Use designed in Tinkercad, changed file types, prototyped and checked your design on Laserworks, then physically made it. There was a power of learning going on. Well done in achieving such a good result.
